Registration

2. By mailing your registration forms, along with check or money order to: Cupid's Cup 5K, c/o Carolinas Healthcare Foundation, PO Box 32861, Charlotte, NC 28232 (postmarked by February 1st). Please make check payable to Carolinas HealthCare Foundation.

3. In person at the Charlotte Running Company, 1412-G East Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28203

Extra registration forms will be sent out if you send a self addressed stamped envelope to: Cupid's Cup 5K, c/o Charlotte Running Co., 1412 East Blvd., Ste. G, Charlotte, NC 28203. Copies of the registration form will be accepted provided that they are legible.

Please note: Cupid’s Cup 5K and Fitness Walk is a fundraising event that benefits Cardiovascular Health and Rehabilitation Programs as CMC. There is a suggested fundraising goal of $150 per individual, however participants are not required to raise funds in addition to their registration fee to participate in the event.

General Information

Packet Pick-Up at the Charlotte Running Company, 1412-G East Blvd. at the following times:

- Thursday, February 10th - 10 am to 7 pm

- Friday, February 11th - 10 am to 7 pm

- Saturday, February 12th - 6:30 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. - At CMC-Myers Park, 1350 South Kings Dr. Located at the corner of South Kings Drive and East Boulevard.
Race will start promptly at 8:00 a.m.

Please note, T-shirts are not guaranteed for day of registration. Please register early to avoid dissapointment.

Parking

Race Day parking is available in the parking garage of CMC-Myers Park or at Freedom Park on East Boulevard. Security will be provided.

Timing Chips

Race is chip timed with the Championchip Timing System.  You must wear the Winning Time Chip loaned to you on race day.  Please pick up your chip with your bib number on race morning and return your chip after you cross the finish line.  If the chip is not returned, there will be a $30 fee assessed to the participant.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the top three overall male and female finishers, and top three overall Masters (40+) male and female. Age group awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers in the following categories: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over. Awards will be presented at CMC-Myers Park.
Winners are eligible for both individual and team awards.


The Course

The course starts and finishes in close proximity to the Center for Cardiovascular Health in CMC-Myers Park, located on the corner of Kings Drive and East Boulevard. Participants will enjoy a scenic and rolling course through Charlotte's historic Myers Park neighborhood.

Clearly Carolina water will be available at a water stop positioned at approximately 1.5 miles.

Portable restrooms will be stationed at the Start/Finish line area. Restrooms will also be available inside CMC-Myers Park.
